Subscription Terms

During our launch, the only active plan is Free. It costs nothing and lets you access up to 3 (three) books per week. Your allowance resets every Sunday at midnight Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). Within a single week, re-reading a book you have already opened does not use an additional allowance.

Because the free plan costs nothing, there is nothing to bill or refund. We may change the weekly limit, the reset schedule, or the features included in the free plan, and we will give you reasonable notice before any material change takes effect.

Paid plans (such as Monthly and Annual) are planned and will be introduced separately. When available, they will be clearly displayed on our pricing page with their price, billing period, and features before you commit. Displayed prices during this free-first period are indicative only and subject to change before paid plans go live.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Deleting your account or clearing the site does not cancel an active paid subscription; you must cancel through your account or by contacting us.
• The payment method you provide at checkout is charged for each renewal.

If we offer a free trial or a promotional price, the terms of that offer will be shown at the time you sign up. Any trial converts to a paid subscription only after the trial ends and only if you have not cancelled. Where we offer bonus credits (for example, via a promo code), those credits apply to the current weekly allowance and do not carry over to future weeks unless stated.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing admin@readorion.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

We may change the fees for paid plans. We will give reasonable notice before a price increase takes effect. If you do not wish to pay the new fee, you may cancel before the change applies. A price change takes effect for the next renewal and does not affect the period you have already paid for.

Refund eligibility is determined by the payment provider's policy and by the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law gives you a statutory right to a refund, withdrawal, or cooling-off period, that right is preserved and not waived by these terms. For purchases paid in Indian Rupees (INR), the applicable Indian consumer-protection framework applies.

To request a refund, email admin@readorion.com with your account email and the transaction reference.

Where applicable, taxes (such as GST in India or VAT/sales tax in your jurisdiction) are added at checkout or are included in the displayed price as noted. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.

You are responsible for managing your subscription. Keeping your subscription active is your choice, and you should cancel before a renewal if you do not want to be charged.
